As our new **Continuous Improvement Technical Operator**, you will operate and manage the Continuous Improvement Workshop at our San Luis Potosí plant, materializing improvement ideas derived from Kaizen events, safety reviews, and employee suggestions. You will be part of a diverse, supportive, and inclusive culture that celebrates our differences and puts people first—fostering growth, wellbeing, and a sense of belonging. **What You’ll Do** As a key member of the Continuous Improvement team, you will create impact by reducing delivery times and optimizing resources through agile implementation of shop-floor improvement solutions. Your main responsibilities include: * Operate the Continuous Improvement Workshop and manage assigned resources to materialize improvement ideas. * Support implementation of improvement proposals during Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops. * Perform machining, welding, cutting, sheet metal work, carpentry, and mechanical assembly tasks as required by projects. * Maintain a clean, organized, and excellent workshop condition applying the 5S methodology. * Actively participate in and collaborate on health, safety, and environmental objectives and procedures. * Coordinate with manufacturing engineers, production supervisors, and external suppliers for improvement execution. **What Makes You a Great Candidate** Above all, you are a technical, proactive, and results-oriented individual with skills in machining, welding, and fabrication—capable of efficiently turning ideas into physical solutions. We also expect you to have: * Completed high school education. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. * Proficiency in operating welding machines, cutting tools, milling machines, and manual machining equipment. * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic tools and measurement systems. It’s a plus if you also have: * Experience operating lathes. * Knowledge of industrial sheet metal work and carpentry. * Prior experience in Kaizen events or continuous improvement methodologies. The daily salary for this position is $588\.67 MXN, with benefits including a monthly bonus, savings fund, food vouchers, among others. We are inclusive!
