Join our team! **Construction Supplies** REQUIREMENTS: \- Architect or Civil Engineer (degree not required), Administrator, Industrial Engineer, or related field. \- Experience in the construction industry. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Coordinate the procurement, logistics, and distribution of concrete and aggregates for construction projects. \- Ensure timely supply of materials and equipment. \- Schedule and closely monitor scheduled concrete services. \- Report material consumption during project execution. \- Control and report material expenditures according to the project budget. \- Rent heavy machinery equipment, manage working hours, and track fuel efficiency. \- Issue material requisitions. KNOWLEDGE: \- Knowledge of construction processes. \- Intermediate proficiency in office software (Excel is mandatory). \- Budgeting and estimation of materials. SKILLS: \- Problem-solving, organized, proactive. \- Assertive communication. \- Supplier negotiation. \- Leadership and teamwork.
