Position Summary: We are seeking a CHAMPION to track business deals, conduct market analysis, and provide strategic support to the CEO at a leading company specializing in asset protection. Developing strategies, speeches, and business plans *Leading company in insurance, surety bonds, and risk management for asset protection, with over 25 years of experience in Mexico; currently seeking talent due to growth:* **CHAMPION** **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Innovation Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. * 3–5 years of relevant experience. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Familiarity with CRM, AI, commercial data analysis, insurance and surety bond documentation (preferred). * Advanced English proficiency. * Strong presentation skills, public speaking ability, writing and spelling proficiency, flexible schedule, willingness to travel, and interpersonal skills. * Full-time availability. **Responsibilities:** * Track and close business opportunities opened by the CEO. * Assess potential clients’ profiles and needs prior to business meetings. * Research and analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks. * Support the organization’s CEO during meetings with new clients, providing relevant information and strategic assistance. * Prepare meeting minutes and follow up with necessary personnel (including directors and partners). * Serve as the liaison between the CEO and clients in future communications required to close business within the organization. * Develop and implement prospect tracking strategies to ensure effective conversion. * Maintain updated customer and prospect databases, recording interactions and progress across internal platforms (Slack, Salesforce, Forms, AI). * Present commercial intelligence reports to the CEO and various corporate governance bodies. * Draft speeches, press releases, and key messages for the CEO—impactful and aligned with organizational goals. * Develop *business plans* for various projects (including financial calculations and projections). **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Direct employment with the company * Mobile phone, vehicle, laptop, fuel allowance * Ongoing training * Positive work environment **Skills:** * Oral and written communication * Service orientation * Leadership * Collaboration * Emotional intelligence * Strategic vision Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
