Process mapping. Preparation of PNOs. Quality management system. Participation in or support of audits. **Responsibilities:** Preparation, documentation, and updating of PNOs. Management of listings and resolution of non-conformities. Maintenance of document control within the quality assurance department. Verification of compliance with BPAD and BPD. Support during audits. Follow-up on corrective and preventive actions for processes. Updating documentation across various departments for audits.
