Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing and coordinating crew logistics to optimize the execution and fulfillment of services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage crew logistics to optimize service delivery. 2. Ensure compliance and quality of installations. 3. Identify opportunities for improvement in technical service. JOB MISSION Attend to and control the logistics of tasks assigned to crews so that technicians are aware of the services to be performed during their shift, thereby achieving better execution and fulfillment of installations. JOB FUNCTIONS AND ACTIVITIES Review via the platform to confirm that crews have assigned jobs loaded in their DIMME. Identify crew schedules (CCN) through the platform to prioritize contracts requiring immediate attention; subsequently, follow up on the oldest assigned contracts. Validate via DIMME that visits completed by crews are properly recorded with photographs and geolocation to ensure attendance at the customer's address. Verify that the work completion report is correctly filled out, including required photographs and parameters, to confirm service execution by the technician and identify areas for improvement or potential service failures, "except for complaints".
