We are looking for: **Collections Assistant** Requirements: * Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, administration, or related field * Experience: Minimum of 2 years Responsibilities: * Carry out the accounts receivable collection process and verify their recording * Manage customer accounts * Monitor transactions such as overdue or pending payments, bank deposits, cash deposits, and balance reporting * Apply payments through banking portals, POS systems, etc. * Data entry into the system * Generate collection reports * Assist in invoicing all income * Customer service.
