




Job Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Assistant to manage income and expenses, reconcile accounts, and support the preparation of financial reports, contributing to the success of Grupo Nichos. Requires responsibility, organization, and numerical analysis skills. **Opportunity to join Grupo Nichos as a Treasury Assistant.** **Responsibilities:** * Record income and expenses in the accounting or banking system. * Reconcile bank accounts daily. * Prepare and monitor cash flow reports. * Prepare payments to suppliers and payroll, verifying documentation. * Perform bank deposits, transfers, and withdrawals. * Manage petty cash and minor expenses. * Support the management of checks, corporate cards, and bank accounts. * Maintain up-to-date filing of bank vouchers. * Assist in preparing financial reports for management or accounting. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in treasury, accounting, or financial administration. * Knowledge of Excel, cash flow management, electronic banking, basic accounting principles, and ERP or accounting systems. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and reliability in handling money. * Organization and attention to detail. * Honesty and professional ethics. * Numerical analysis ability. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Proactivity and sense of urgency. **Work Days and Hours:** Monday to Friday (Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM) **Benefits:** * Monthly gross salary of $11,500. * Monthly food vouchers worth $500\. * Life insurance. * Statutory benefits Joining this role will allow you to grow professionally and contribute to the success of Grupo Nichos.
