Operational Supervisor

Description

We are seeking a Supervisor to lead our cleaning activities and ensure exceptional service quality. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff activities, train them on proper techniques, and ensure all tasks are performed according to standards. * Inspect and verify the physical condition of work tools and ensure their correct usage. * Manage material resources, conduct inventories, and control supply handling. * Provide personalized customer service to understand complaints and implement corrective measures to improve service quality. * Maintain attendance records for staff, manage supplies, distribute materials, and keep accurate logs and payroll records. Requirements: * Gender: Unrestricted. * Age: 30 to 50 years old. * Valid driver's license. * **Office (intermediate)** * Proficiency in social media platforms. * Flexible availability. * Prior supervisory experience in cleaning or maintenance (minimum 1 year required). * Leadership skills and ability to effectively convey cleaning techniques. * Knowledge of cleaning equipment operation and maintenance. * Excellent communication and customer service skills. * Ability to manage resources and maintain detailed records.
