If you have experience leading technical teams, operational control, and a focus on service quality, we want to meet you!** **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise the Installation Technician/TC team, ensuring punctuality, safety, and professional appearance. Validate and approve payroll incidents, time off, vacations, and overtime. Ensure productivity and quality in installations and services. Identify, document, and escalate technical issues affecting platforms, equipment, and external infrastructure. Coordinate tool and equipment inventories with the warehouse. Conduct field supervision of technicians, prioritizing best practices and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations (drills, civil protection, PPE, vehicles). **Requirements:** Prior experience in leadership roles for technical or field teams. Knowledge of telecommunications, network installation, and maintenance. Experience managing productivity and quality metrics. Administrative management skills (payroll, incident handling, reporting).
