We are **\#EquipoJOI!** We are pioneers of the Dollar Store concept in Mexico, offering an accessible and straightforward shopping experience with products ranging from essentials to innovative items. **POSITION: STORE MANAGER** **LOCATION: CENTRAL ZONE, CDMX** **What Will You Do Daily?** As Store Manager, you will perform various activities to ensure the store looks immaculate and ready to welcome our customers, as well as supervise and guide a team to achieve results. **Your main responsibilities will include:** · Assign and supervise staff work plans according to established goals. · Deliver and promote outstanding customer service by assisting or selling on the sales floor, and addressing customer feedback or suggestions. · Process product payments at checkout counters and perform cash drawer closings. · Perform and supervise sales floor tasks such as price changes, merchandise arrangement, shelf and product cleaning, and maintenance and cleaning of common areas. · Supervise and carry out store opening or closing procedures. · Unload products arriving from the Distribution Center. · Monitor achievement of store objectives and develop action plans for improvement. · Perform administrative tasks such as receiving suppliers, delivering funds, recording merchandise in the system, and managing and controlling shrinkage. · Perform personnel management tasks such as creating schedules, reporting payroll incidents, welcoming new hires, training staff, performance evaluations, etc. · Lead compliance with company policies and processes; serve as a role model for discipline. **What Are We Looking For?** At JOI, work is highly dynamic; our daily routine is very active—you’ll always have tasks to complete.
