Join our team as Store Manager: How You’ll Make a Difference * Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting, welcoming, and assisting customers in finding items in their size, suggesting diverse and complementary products to ensure awareness of the full product range, while achieving performance and sales targets as set by store management. * Manage store payroll and scheduling within established guidelines to ensure adequate coverage based on business needs. * Train and motivate associates to achieve maximum sales productivity and ensure sales plans are met. * Ensure proper placement of promotional materials and maintenance of the sales floor and stockroom to keep the store organized, clean, and well-presented. * Communicate with the District Manager regarding associate relations, daily operations, and any compliance-related matters. * Adhere to company policies, procedures, standards, practices, and guidelines, including Loss Prevention, Human Resources, and proper cash handling procedures. * Ensure compliance with all Human Resources requirements according to standards and practices, including onboarding new employees, rehires, promotions, suspensions, and terminations. * Recruit, hire, develop, and retain store staff. Skills for Success: · Previous experience in retail sales as assistant manager · Ability to lead a team and exceed sales results · Experience managing sales metrics and inventory control · Ability to interact with customers, provide leadership, coaching, feedback, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Special Requirements: · Availability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts: evenings, weekends, and holidays.
