***Farmacias del Ahorro is looking for your talent — join our team as:*** ***Store Leader for Pharmacy in the Toluca Area*** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * Availability for work schedule and/or ease of commuting * Minimum 1 year of experience in the retail industry * MANDATORY: Valid official documentation including Social Security Number, CURP, and Taxpayer Status Certificate under the “Salaries and Wages” tax regime ***Work Schedule:*** * Monday–Saturday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM and 7:00 PM–11:00 PM ***Responsibilities:*** * Coordinate pharmacy operations * Properly implement work processes and systems * Monitor and achieve sales targets * Control shrinkage * Inventory knowledge and management * Personnel management and development * Management of material resources * Cash handling and safeguarding of assets * Staff turnover indicators * Cash register closings and cash counts ***Skills and Knowledge:*** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Leadership and personnel management * Adherence to established processes * Customer service orientation ***We Offer:*** * Direct employment with the company * Base salary: $13,000–$13,600 per month * Commission plan * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Uniforms * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Life insurance * Career growth opportunities * Biweekly payroll via Banamex payroll system * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday * Contact us at ***55 7960 3703*** for more information.
