Leadership and personnel management **We are looking for you!** We seek a Construction Site Resident with proven experience in supervising and executing construction and deep foundation projects, capable of coordinating personnel, monitoring progress, and ensuring technical, operational, and administrative compliance of the project. Responsibilities include fieldwork supervision, adherence to the construction schedule, coordination of contractors and subcontractors, and maintaining documentary and operational control of the project. **✅ Essential Requirements:** **·** Education: Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Architectural Engineering degree · Degree certificate mandatory · Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Site Resident Experience in: · Supervision and execution of civil works and deep foundations · Interpretation of drawings and technical specifications · Monitoring construction schedules and progress control · Preparation, integration, and monitoring of cost estimates · Supervision of contractors and subcontractors · Quality control of materials and construction processes · Management of physical and digital site logs · Control and tracking of material requisitions · Preparation and monitoring of progress reports · Payroll, piecework, and personnel incident tracking · Coordination with administrative and technical departments · Documentary control for project file compilation · Supervision and safeguarding of the site safety folder · Inventory control of tools and materials · Field-level technical incident response and resolution · Monitoring compliance with safety regulations in coordination with the site safety officer · Basic knowledge of administrative procedures with IMSS and personnel management · Management of photographic evidence and digital reports **Skills:** * Leadership and personnel management * Organization and follow-up * Effective communication * Problem solving * Working under pressure * Proactivity and sense of urgency * Punctuality, order, and commitment **Willingness to relocate to various construction sites** **We Offer:** **·** Dynamic and professional environment. · Competitive salary and statutory benefits. · Continuous training for professional development. · Weekly salary ranging from 6,000 to 7,000 If you meet the requirements, please send a WhatsApp message to 3,3,1,9,7,3,5,8,8,6 Salary: $6,000.00 \- $7,000.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
