A cosmetics company with \+5 years of experience in retail sales in Monterrey. We seek individuals interested in developing their careers in the Human Resources field, with a focus on organization, recruitment, and personnel selection \***Working Hours:**\* Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM / Saturday: 10 AM to 3 PM \***Responsibilities:**\* * Recruitment and personnel selection * Onboarding and training of personnel (Orientation / Brand Training / Leadership Training) * Weekly pre\-payroll reporting * Preparation of reports (Vacation tracking, leave requests, performance evaluations, incident management) * Organizing employee birthdays and work anniversaries \***Requirements:**\* * Bachelor's degree * Knowledge of HR field * 1 year or 6 months of experience in Human Resources * Experience in recruitment * Time availability **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits * Weekly salary * Weekly bonuses: Transportation and Attendance * Brand training * 20% employee discount Salary: $11,550\.00 \- $13,020\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discounts * Company-provided mobile phone Workplace: On\-site employment
