**Position Objective** * Explain the rationale for the position’s existence within the organization and the reason for its creation. Financial Responsibility * Provide advanced, data-driven analyses to support strategic decision-making within the Financial Services Directorate, enabling early detection of risks and fraud, and identification of operational improvement opportunities. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct in-depth analysis of operational and financial data, identifying trends and areas for operational improvement. * Propose business strategies that strengthen organizational integrity and security. * Design and maintain dashboards and advanced reports to monitor business performance and key metrics. * Apply statistical techniques and predictive models to support strategic decision-making in areas such as risk and operations. * Deliver actionable insights on operational efficiency and potential risk identification. * Develop and automate data extraction and processing workflows. * Estimate the economic impact of identified problems and solutions. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (business, technology, operations) to implement data-driven improvements. * Present findings clearly to key stakeholders. Specific Courses or Knowledge (Required and Desired): \- Statistical inference (required) \- Descriptive and predictive analytics and modeling (required) \- Data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, and SAS (required) \- Experience working with large databases (required) \- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong critical analytical skills (required) \- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and effectively to non-technical audiences (required) \- Data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI (desirable) \- Financial knowledge, including EBITDA, P\&L, and Unit Economics (desirable) \- Experience in the financial sector or in risk-related areas (desirable) Bachelor’s degree: Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Salary: $60,000\.00 \- $65,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
