Diagnosis and treatment of acute childhood illnesses At AXA Keralty — a strategic alliance between AXA Salud and Keralty México — we are committed to transforming our patients’ healthcare experience through comprehensive, personalized, and high-quality medical care. **Position Objective** Deliver specialized medical care to the pediatric population, ensuring timely monitoring of growth and development (Healthy Child Program) and effectively managing acute clinical conditions using an evidence-based approach and human warmth. **Key Responsibilities** * **Healthy Child Program:** Comprehensive monitoring of growth, psychomotor development, nutrition, and adherence to the vaccination schedule. * **Management of Acute Illnesses:** Diagnosis and treatment of common childhood conditions (respiratory, gastrointestinal, dermatological, etc.). * **Preventive Approach:** Education for parents and caregivers on healthy habits and accident prevention. * **Clinical Follow-up:** Accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and coordination with other specialties when necessary. **Desired Profile** * **Education:** Degree and license as Medical Surgeon; degree and license in **Pediatrics**. * **Certification:** Valid certification from the Mexican Council for Certification in Pediatrics (mandatory). * **Experience:** Experience in outpatient clinics and primary care is preferred. * **Soft Skills:** * Assertive and empathetic communication with children and parents. * Problem-solving and critical thinking. * Service orientation and teamwork.
