Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to lead payroll processes, including salary calculations, taxes, and incident management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead payroll processes and payroll processing. 2. Monitor and apply attendance incidents. 3. Payroll Specialist** Do you have payroll experience? We are looking for a Payroll Specialist capable of leading processes and performing payroll processing and calculation. **Main Responsibilities** * Payroll processing and calculation. * Calculate salaries and wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and employer-employee contributions. * Process biweekly, weekly, and monthly payrolls. * Monitor and apply attendance incidents: disabilities, vacations, leaves of absence, absences. * Generate and submit reports and periodic filings (ISR, SUA, IDSE). * Control and documentation. * Generate payroll CFDI receipts and ensure proper digital stamping. **Profile** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 2 years of experience (preferably in accounting firms). Knowledge of general accounting, payroll, taxation, and digital portals (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SUA, IDSE, ISN, payroll CFDI). Proficiency in Contpaqi, Microsip, COI, Facturamay, and Nominax. Payroll processing experience (ideally in companies with more than 30 employees). Federal Labor Law. Repse.
