




Payroll Specialist. (not generalists) Education: Accounting or related field. Experience: 2 verifiable years in payroll. Knowledge: 1\.\-NOI 2\.\-ASPEL 3\.\-TAX REGULATIONS 4\.IMSS, INFONAVIT AND FONACOT 5\.ISR 6\.Federal Labor Law (LFT) Responsibilities: * Accurately and up-to-date apply the labor legal framework, including the **Federal Labor Law (LFT)** and the **Social Security Law (LSS)**, in each payroll process. * Precisely anticipate and manage employee **hiring registrations** to ensure correct staff onboarding on the 1st or 15th of each month according to established schedules. * Complete and timely **payroll processing**, integrating all corresponding incidents, earnings, and deductions. * Manage **hiring, terminations, and personnel changes** within the payroll system and institutional platforms. * Calculate, review, and timely deliver **final settlements and severance payments**, ensuring legal compliance and accuracy in amounts. * Handle and manage **justified and unjustified dismissals**, focusing on minimal required documentation and legal compliance. * Issue the corresponding **CFDIs** for payroll and final settlements, ensuring validation and proper distribution to employees. * Coordinate with the Treasury department the **payroll disbursement**, including requesting and verifying the **payment layout** for bank transfers. * Keep payroll information, databases, personnel movements, and records updated. * Use and operate payroll systems, with emphasis on **CONTPAQi NOI**, ensuring professional and efficient handling. * Ensure consistent, organized, and supervised payroll operations, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to procedures. * Perform other duties inherent to the payroll and Human Resources area that contribute to the proper functioning of the department. Compensation Offer: Salary: $20,000 to $24,000 Mexican pesos gross per month, based on experience. Statutory benefits. Direct employment contract with the company.
