We value our employees' talent and foster a collaborative and professional work environment. * Location: WTC Querétaro * Querétaro, Querétaro. **Position objective**: Ensure the correct calculation, processing, and payment of employee payroll, complying with current tax and labor regulations, as well as internal company policies. **Job responsibilities** 1\. Calculate and process weekly, biweekly, and/or monthly payroll. 2\. Perform calculations and payments for severance and settlements according to the law. 3\. Calculate and file tax and contribution declarations related to payroll (ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT, etc.). 4\. Manage and reconcile transactions with IMSS (registrations, cancellations, salary changes). 5\. Issue stamped payroll receipts (CFDI) and ensure their proper delivery to HR. 6\. Generate payroll reports, social charges, provisions, etc. 7\. Stay updated on applicable labor and tax legislation. **Job requirements**. Education**: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Experience: Minimum 1 year in payroll calculation and using payroll systems.
