We are seeking an organized, responsible individual with payroll process experience who wishes to join a professional team with a positive work environment. **What will you do in this role?** * Payroll calculation and disbursement using CONTPAQ system * Payroll receipt stamping, delivery, and tracking * Employee registrations, terminations, and status changes with IMSS * Preparation and payment of SUA reports * Payroll tax calculations (ISN, withholdings) * Incident tracking (overtime, bonuses, loans, etc.) * Calculation of severance payments and benefits (year-end bonus, vacation pay, PTU) * Reconciliation of payroll data with IMSS and Infonavit * Responding to requests and monitoring process execution **We are looking for someone who:** * Has at least 4 years of payroll experience * Is proficient in CONTPAQ, SUA, and IDSE * Understands procedures before IMSS, INFONAVIT, and SAT * Has strong Excel skills * Is organized, responsible, and detail-oriented **What we offer:** * Monthly salary of $19,000 to $21,000 * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment * Centrally located office with easy access **Location** * Monterrey City Center * On-site work mode If you enjoy working with order and precision, and seek a company where you can maintain stability and continue developing your payroll expertise, this vacancy is for you.
