***Payroll Analyst***
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Administration and/or Accounting (ONLY)
Proven experience in this position
Employment stability
Mandatory proficiency with NOI (MANDATORY), SUA, and IDSE
Residence near Tultitlán, State of Mexico
Schedule availability (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM)
Experience in:
• Recording payroll incidents (salary, overtime, bonuses)
Preparing payroll for over 200 employees
• Preparing payrolls (weekly, biweekly)
PTU and year-end bonus calculations
• Vacation bonus payment
• Profit distribution and calculation
• Issuance of payroll receipts
• Application of INFONAVIT deductions
• Payroll stamping (certification)
• Payment of 2% and 3% payroll-related fees
• Monthly and bimonthly Social Security payments
• Payroll vs. Accounting reconciliations
• Preparation of termination settlements and liquidations
• Handling of SUA and IDSE systems
• Issuance and stamping of payroll receipts
Responding to government requirements arising from payroll processing
