Requires effective communication, responsibility, and teamwork. **Job Description:** Personnel responsible for processing all relevant information for comprehensive payroll calculation to ensure timely and accurate payment of all contractual and tax obligations. Must update internal payroll databases and be capable of handling confidential information. **Required Profile:** Professional in Public Accounting, Administration, or related fields. **Required Experience and Knowledge:** * Minimum 2 years in similar positions * Proficiency with utility software: Windows and Microsoft Office * Proficiency with SUA, SIPARE, VIRTUAL DESKTOP, IDSE * **Use and operation of CONTPAQi system** * Knowledge of REPSE, ICSOE platform, and SISUB * Tax provisions for payroll tax payment and withholding * Manual payroll calculation * Processing employee registrations and cancellations with IMSS * Calculating contributions and withholdings for insurance payments * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS Law **Required Attitudes:** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Responsible and proactive * Organized * Honest * Ability to work effectively in a team **Work Schedule:** 100% on-site Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, including one-hour lunch break Saturday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (rotating) **Work Location:** Cimatario Neighborhood, Querétaro, Qro. **Salary:** $16,000.00–$20,000.00 MXN, net Employment Type: Full-time Monthly Salary: $16,000.00–$20,000.00 MXN Benefits: * Salary increases * Discounted cafeteria service Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * two: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
