Preparation of termination settlements and liquidations **100% MEXICAN COMPANY, DISTRIBUTOR OF MEXICAN OILS — ACEIMEX INVITES YOU TO JOIN OUR TEAM AS:** ***Payroll Analyst*** Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and/or Accounting (ONLY) Proven experience in this position Employment stability Mandatory use of NOI (MANDATORY), SUA, and IDSE Residence near Tultitlán, State of Mexico Availability to work (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM) Experience in: • Recording payroll incidents (salary, overtime, bonuses) Preparation of payroll for more than 200 employees • Payroll processing (weekly, biweekly) Calculation of Profit Sharing (PTU) and Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo) • Vacation Premium Payment • Distribution and calculation of profits • Delivery of payroll receipts • Application of INFONAVIT deductions • Payroll stamping (timbrado) • Payment of 2% and 3% payroll-related contributions • Monthly and bimonthly Social Security payments • Payroll vs. Accounting reconciliations • Preparation of termination settlements and liquidations • Handling of SUA and IDSE • Issuance and stamping (timbrado) of payroll receipts Compliance with government requirements arising from payroll activities WE OFFER: Statutory benefits from day one + SCHOOL SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * Do you have experience with the latest version of NOI? * Are your salary expectations aligned with the offer (PLEASE REVIEW BEFORE RESPONDING)? * Do you have proven experience in payroll operations?
