




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with experience in incident control, management of social security platforms, and tax knowledge for payroll administration. Analysis and preparation of reports (Excel essential) Due to growth, Tiendas Full is currently seeking a **Payroll Specialist**. Age: 26–45 years old. Marital status: Any. Education: Certified Public Accountant, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; incomplete degrees accepted. **Experience:** Ø Incident control. Ø Proficiency in managing IDSE, INFONAVIT, IMSS, and FONACOT platforms. Ø Up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations, social security provisions, employee benefits, and other matters inherent to payroll administration. Ø Analysis and preparation of reports (advanced Excel skills essential). Ø Familiarity with SAP systems preferred. Ø Attention to and follow-up on information requests from external and internal auditors. Ø Processing of final settlements (finiquitos). **Software:** MICROSIP NG, SUA, IDSE **Knowledge:** Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS and INFONAVIT Laws, State Tax Law, workforce roster management. **Skills:** Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills High sense of responsibility Strong organizational skills Teamwork capability and willingness Professional demeanor High motivation Punctuality **We Offer:** Weekly salary, statutory benefits.
