Job Summary: Responsible for payroll management, regulatory compliance with IMSS and INFONAVIT, and administration of personnel files and employment contracts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive payroll management in accordance with regulations 2. Administration of compliance with IMSS and INFONAVIT 3. Preparation of employment contracts and personnel files Calculate and process payroll in compliance with current regulations and internal policies. Download IMSS contribution reports and generate SIPARE payment lines. Submit affiliation transactions to IMSS and update payroll records accordingly. Generate contribution certificates in SUA. Verify compliance by downloading IMSS and INFONAVIT compliance opinions. File ICSoE and SISUB declarations. File SIROC and REPSE registrations. Maintain personnel files. Prepare employment contracts.
