




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Manager with experience in personnel administration, payroll calculation and supervision, severance payments and benefits, as well as labor and tax relationship management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in payroll administration and supervision across various pay periods. 2. Expert proficiency in calculating severance payments, settlements, and employee benefits. 3. Client service in labor and tax matters related to outsourcing processes. PAYROLL MANAGER Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration Knowledge and Responsibilities * Personnel administration * Personnel under supervision * Payroll calculation * Management of payrolls for different pay periods (weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, and monthly). * Calculation of severance payments, settlements, and benefits (vacation pay, year-end bonus, bonuses, integrated daily wage, disability allowances, etc.) * Payroll processing * CFDI receipt stamping * PTU calculation * Supervision of correct employer-employee contributions (INFONAVIT and IMSS) * Monthly Fonacot payment calculation * Monthly SUA review * Legal department follow-up on labor claims * Client service in labor and tax matters regarding outsourcing process operations. * Personnel management.
