If you have experience handling weekly and biweekly payroll processes, IMSS filings, severance calculations, and specialized payroll systems, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. ### **What You’ll Do** * Preparation of weekly, biweekly, and assimilated payroll. * Generation of preliminary payroll and calculation of payroll incidents. * Calculation of severance payments and settlements in accordance with applicable law. * Submission of affiliation movements to IMSS and IDSE. * Registration and control in SUA of employer-employee contributions. * Administration, stamping, and control of payroll CFDIs. * Calculation of ISR, IMSS, and ISN. * Monthly reconciliations among SUA, payroll, EMA, and EBA. * Control of disabilities, absences, and bimonthly variables. * Administration of INFONAVIT and FONACOT loans. * Preparation of preliminary payroll reports, accumulations, costs, variables, and accounting entries. * Participation in annual processes such as ISR adjustments, year-end bonuses, PTU, and risk premiums. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, or related field**. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience in payroll**. * Proficiency in **SUA, IDSE, and NOI**. * Intermediate to advanced **Excel** skills. * Knowledge of labor, tax, and social security legislation. * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and focus on meeting deadlines. ### **What We Offer** * Monthly gross salary of **$18,000 to $20,000**, commensurate with experience. * **Permanent** employment contract. * Statutory benefits. * Professional development within a structured, results-oriented team. * Major medical expense insurance. * Grocery vouchers. ### **Apply Now** If you meet the profile and have experience ensuring accurate, orderly, and legally compliant payroll processes, **we want to meet you**.
