Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Generalist with experience in accounting and payroll management to handle payroll preparation, incident entry, and special calculations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsibilities in payroll preparation and incident entry 2. Proficiency in CONTPAQi and payroll stamping 3. Calculation of special payments, severance pay, and settlements ARQUIMEDES & DORSCH LABORATORIES is a 100% Mexican family-owned company primarily dedicated to clinical diagnostics and medical imaging services. We operate 16 branches across the State of Mexico, ranking among the leading clinical laboratories in Toluca and Metepec. We are seeking a Payroll Generalist. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field * Prior work experience in the healthcare sector (preferred) * Solid knowledge of IMSS, Federal Labor Law (LFT), SUA, INFONAVIT, FONACOT * Minimum 3 years of experience (preferred) * Experience managing shift-based payroll * Payrolls with headcount exceeding 150 **Responsibilities:** * Conducting payroll preparation * Entering incidents (vacations, disabilities, overtime, etc.) * Managing CONTPAQi * Payroll stamping * Managing timekeeping systems * Preparing payroll reports and reconciliations * Calculating special payments: Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), savings fund, credit union savings, profit-sharing (PTU), bonuses * Calculating and preparing severance pay and settlements * Clarifying payroll matters with staff **Skills:** * Excellent customer service orientation * Frustration tolerance * Effective communication * Attention to detail * Adaptability * Confidentiality and ethics **We Offer:** * Salary range: $15,000 to $16,500 * Enhanced benefits package * Employee discounts Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $15,000.00 \- $16,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
