Assisting employees with inquiries regarding payments and salaries. **Payroll Assistant** **Location:** Cuautitlán, State of Mexico **Salary:** $18,000 monthly (gross) **Position Type:** Full-time **Job Description** A company in the **logistics and transportation sector** is seeking a **Payroll Assistant**, responsible for accurately calculating earnings, deductions, and personnel incidents for payroll determination and disbursement, ensuring compliance with current regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitoring and recording personnel incidents (vacations, absences, permissions, and leaves). * Payroll calculation and control. * Payroll receipt stamping (timbrado). * Preparation of settlement agreements (finiquitos) and/or severance packages (liquidaciones). * Management of INFONAVIT and FONACOT loans. * Employee onboarding, termination, and status changes with IMSS. * Weekly, biweekly, or monthly payroll closing. * Coordination with Human Resources regarding personnel movements. * Providing support and addressing employee inquiries regarding payments and salaries. * Submission of information to the Accounting Department. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Minimum of **1 year of payroll experience**. * Knowledge of: * Federal Labor Law * Payroll processing, settlement agreements (finiquitos), and severance packages (liquidaciones) * SUA (Unified Administrative System) * IMSS (employer contributions and registration/movement procedures – preferred) * IMSS audits (preferred) * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience with accounting ERP systems (COMPAQ, TMW – preferred). * Basic English proficiency. * Prior experience in the **logistics and transportation sector** is preferred. **Competencies** * Proactivity * Numerical aptitude * Effective communication * Confidentiality * Stress tolerance **We Offer** * Monthly salary of **$18,000** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Excellent work environment **Apply through this channel and join our team** Position Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: Up to $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
