We are looking for a proactive individual for the position of: **PAYROLL ASSISTANT**. * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration and Finance, or related field. * Proficiency in CONTPAQ, SUA, and IDSE. * Employee onboarding and offboarding. * Severance settlement calculations. * Invoicing. * Proficiency in Excel, Office, and Word. * Experience in administrative activities. **Responsibilities:** * Payroll preparation and calculation. * Severance settlement preparation and calculation. * Employee onboarding and offboarding in IDSE. * Invoice preparation. * Expense report preparation. * Follow-up on pending tasks. **We Offer** * Competitive salary + statutory benefits. * Positive work environment. * Continuous training.
