Excellent working environment **Job Title:** Payroll Assistant **Job Description:** A leading Human Resources consulting firm is seeking a committed, organized, and detail-oriented **Payroll Assistant** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (degree holder). * Minimum 2 years’ verifiable experience in payroll. * Knowledge of payroll calculation, Income Tax (ISR), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), and incident management. * Knowledge of social security regulations. * Basic knowledge of applicable Mexican Official Standards (NOMs). * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level). * Experience with payroll systems is desirable. **Main Responsibilities:** * Payroll calculation and processing. * Incident tracking (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities). * Support in payroll receipt stamping (timbrado). * Report preparation. * Follow-up on employee registrations, cancellations, and modifications with IMSS. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $10,000 to $12,000 (based on experience). * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Excellent working environment. **Location:** Lerma Industrial Zone **Schedule:** Hybrid If you meet the profile, apply now and become part of our team!
