




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Assistant with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting to support incident control, hiring processes, and payroll system management. Key Highlights: 1. Payroll System Training **PAYROLL ASSISTANT** **Requirements:** Age: 24–30 years old Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting only Work Schedule: Monday to Friday Work Location: Naucalpan de Juárez and/or Tlalnepantla **General Responsibilities:** * Interest in developing within the Payroll area * Support in incident and hiring control * Management of IDSE, SUA, INFONAVIT, and IMSS systems * Learning the payroll system (We provide training) * Hiring processes, severance settlements, and personnel file compilation **Frequent Tasks:** * Assist in recording staff incidents * Process new hires in the internal payroll system * Submit personnel movements (hires and terminations) to IMSS for multiple companies * Deliver severance settlements and weekly/biweekly payroll receipts * Maintain personnel files in database * Manage the General Vacation Schedule * Prepare Employment Certificates * Handle Occupational Risk Forms from completion through evaluation * Interest in learning operational weekly payroll * General Administrative Tasks **We Offer:** * Immediate Hiring!! * Competitive Salary \+ Capped Savings Fund \+ Statutory Benefits * Development Opportunities * Plant Work * Cafeteria Area If you meet the profile and are interested in joining our team, please send your CV to the email address for this vacancy
