Support in administrative HR processes **Payroll Assistant** **Salary:** $14,000 monthly (before taxes) **Location:** Sta. Maria Tequepexpan **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. **Job Objective** Support the proper administration and processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with labor and tax obligations, as well as providing timely assistance to employees. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and control of **pre-payroll**. * Calculation of **severance payments and settlements**. * Registration of **hires, terminations, and salary adjustments** with IMSS. * Management and control of **incidents** (absences, tardiness, disabilities, etc.). * Support in administering **compensation and benefits**. * Employee assistance and clarification of questions regarding payroll payments and payslips. * Control and archiving of payroll-related documentation. * Support in administrative processes within the Human Resources department. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (completed or incomplete). * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of payroll and IMSS procedures. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of ISR calculation, severance payments, and employee benefits.
