




Job Summary: This role involves payroll administration, management of employer-employee payments, invoicing, and support in accounting entries and tax compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Payroll administration and management of earnings/deductions 2. Preparation of files for payment of employer-employee contributions 3. Support in accounting entries, reconciliations, and tax compliance * Nomipaq software operation: payroll administration, calculation of earnings and deductions. * SUA generation: preparation of files for payment of employer-employee contributions. * IDSE portal operation: submission of affiliation transactions to IMSS. * Invoicing: issuance and control of digital tax receipts. * Accounting knowledge: support in accounting entries, reconciliations, and tax compliance. * IMSS portal: online queries, procedures, and management. (non-essential) * Fonacot: credit procedures and employer reports. * REPSE: registration and compliance for specialized services.
