"PAYROLL ASSISTANT" Schedule and Location: * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Corregidora, Querétaro. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Business Administration. * Experience in payroll calculation for a workforce of over 500 employees. * Preferred: experience managing mixed payroll schemes. * Experience preparing and recording payroll-related accounting entries. Responsibilities: * Execute the end-to-end payroll calculation process for a workforce of over 1,500 employees. * Perform payroll reconciliations against accounting records and social security accounts. * Manage IMSS-related transactions: employee registrations, terminations, and salary adjustments. * Calculate and validate the Payroll Tax. * Administer payroll incidents and corresponding withholdings. * Address requests and follow up on SAT and IMSS audits. * Prepare, consolidate, and control accounting entries derived from payroll. * Support monthly reporting and closing activities for the department.
