Collaboration in integrating accounting entries and IMSS registration transactions **Conde de Valenciana Eye Hospital seeks a Payroll Assistant** **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing biweekly pre-payroll. * Track and process food vouchers. * Monitor and facilitate vacation review and approval. * Receive incidents for pre-payroll integration. * Support integration of accounting entries. * Prepare monthly Fonacot retention notices / download the monthly Fonacot credit certificate. * Process IMSS affiliation transactions (registrations, cancellations, and salary modifications). * File employee documentation in personnel files. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (mandatory) * Graduated or intern * Minimum 1 year of experience in this position/area (preferred) **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (8-hour shifts) **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Punctuality bonus. * Food vouchers starting after 3 months of employment. **Salary: $12,000 gross monthly.** **Work Location:** * Chimalpopoca 14, Centro, Cuauhtémoc, 06800 Ciudad de México.
