Grupo Tractozone is a leading Mexican company specializing in the master marketing and distribution of spare parts and tractoparts for heavy-duty equipment. We have over 40 years of experience in the automotive and transportation markets. We are currently seeking: **Payroll and Human Resources Analyst** Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing. * **Essential proficiency in Aspel NOI**. * Knowledge of SUA, IDSE, and IMSS systems. * Experience calculating weekly and biweekly payroll. * Handling of attendance incidents, severance settlements, and administrative control. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Prior experience in operational or multi-branch companies is desirable. Experience in: * Payroll administration. * Employee onboarding and offboarding. * Personnel file management. * Employee support and assistance. * Recruitment and selection. * Contract and labor documentation control. * Support in general Human Resources activities. Responsibilities: * Process weekly and/or biweekly payroll. * Record and validate attendance incidents. * Calculate severance settlements. * Register employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications with IMSS. * Address employee inquiries and concerns. * Prepare reports and administrative controls. * Support general activities within the HR department.
