Prepare and process biweekly and monthly payroll. 2. Ensure compliance with current labor and tax obligations. 3. Assist employees with payroll-related questions or clarifications. Involvia has an opening for a Payroll Analyst to guarantee accurate payroll calculation and payment for employees, in compliance with current labor regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and process biweekly and monthly payroll. * Validate attendance incidents: attendance, tardiness, absences, disabilities, and leave requests. * Calculate salaries, earnings, deductions, and applicable taxes. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications in IMSS and related platforms. * Generate stamped payroll receipts and accounting reports. * Ensure compliance with current labor and tax obligations. * Assist employees with payroll-related questions or clarifications. * Support internal and external audits when required. **Skills:** * Compensation and benefits advisory * Accurate payroll calculation * Timely deadline adherence * Organization and attention to detail * Correction of payroll record errors * Labor cost analysis * Payroll software proficiency * Knowledge of labor regulations * Labor advisory services * Compliance orientation **Requirements** Education Level: Professional Degree in ACCOUNTING Academic Status: Graduated Relevant Experience: Accounting \- Finance Specialization: Payroll, SUA, IMSS, CONFRONTA, HC 300 employees **We Offer:** **Salary:** $17,000 MXN \- $20,000 MXN Net per Month **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Work Modality:** On-site **Working Hours:** 9 AM to 6 PM **Contract Type:** Indefinite-term contract **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits
