Job Summary: Responsible for the comprehensive management of payroll, social security, severance payments, and REPSE administration, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer service. Expert handling of social security (IDSE, SUA) and severance payments in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) 3. Administers REPSE, CFDI stamping, and calculation of local taxes **Main Responsibilities** * **Mass Payroll Processing:** Calculation of weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls for multiple clients with different benefits and payroll calendars. * **Social Security Management:** Expert handling of affiliation transactions in the **IDSE** (registrations, cancellations, salary adjustments) and determination of contributions in the **SUA**. * **Severance Payments and Settlements:** Calculation of contract terminations, severance indemnities, and seniority bonuses in accordance with the LFT. * **REPSE Administration:** Generation of files for informative declarations (**ICSOE** and **SISUB**) and delivery of supporting documentation to clients (payment receipts for contributions and taxes). * **CFDI Stamping:** Ensuring correct stamping of payroll receipts and their delivery to employees of each account. * **Customer Support:** Resolving client and employee inquiries regarding payment items, ISR withholdings, and loan deductions (Infonavit/Fonacot). * **Local Tax Calculation:** Determination of the Payroll Tax (ISN), based on the Mexican state where the client operates. **Required ProfileCharacteristicDetailEducation**Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.**Experience**2 to 4 years working in payroll firms or outsourcing companies managing over 500 employees.**Knowledge**Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law, Income Tax Law (ISR), and Subcontracting Reform.**Software**Payroll systems (Nominpaq, NOI, Worky) and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables and complex formulas).
