Responsibilities \- Plan, organize, and execute employee compensation and benefits processes. \- Manage and monitor personal loans, savings accounts, FONACOT loans, INFONAVIT, etc. \- Report payroll incidents. \- Monitor and track incidents related to absences, tardiness, leaves of absence, vacations, and disabilities. \- Process employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel changes. \- Manage biometric attendance records. \- Monitor extraordinary payments. \- Prepare and file reports for various payroll runs, with approval (VoBo) from the Accounting Department. \- Address employee inquiries regarding payments, absences, tardiness, disabilities, etc. \- Calculate and process employer-employee social security contributions. \- Calculate ISN. Requirements \* Education: Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. \* Minimum experience: 2 years in a similar position. \* NOI knowledge preferred.
