If you have experience managing full payroll cycles and seek professional stability, this opportunity is for you! ### **What We Offer?** * **Monthly Salary:** $18,000 net * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits from day one. * **Growth:** Continuous training on tax and labor topics. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. * **Fixed Days Off:** Saturdays and Sundays. ### **Your Main Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive payroll processing (weekly, biweekly, and monthly) for diverse clients. * Accurate calculation of taxes and withholdings: **ISR, IMSS, and INFONAVIT**. * Management of IMSS affiliation movements (registrations, cancellations, and modifications). * Preparation of termination settlements, severance calculations, and benefit computations. * **CFDI stamping** and incident tracking (absences, disabilities, overtime). * Payroll accounting reconciliations and preparation of monthly reports. * Provision of basic advisory services to clients on labor and tax matters. ### **Desired Profile:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in similar positions. * **Software:** Proficiency in **CONTPAQi Nóminas**, Nomipaq, or equivalent systems. * **Knowledge:** Solid understanding of the Federal Labor Law, Social Security Law, and current tax regulations. **Location:** San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Mid-level **Departmental Function:** Human Resources **Industry:** Human Resources **Skills:** * payroll * Contapac * Nomipaq * Payrolls * Federal Law *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fe28b73900006b00536a74\&source\=indeed*
