PAYROLL ANALYST Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience processing payroll for approximately 1,000 employees. Advanced Excel (Database management). Proficiency in Income Tax (ISR) on salaries and wages. Extensive knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and Social Security Law (LSS). Personal qualities: Teamwork-oriented, organized, analytical, and able to work under pressure. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prepare: * Payroll Tax (ISN) calculations * Payroll calculations and adjustments * Settlement calculations (Finiquitos) * Bank payment layout * Monthly and annual ISR adjustments COMPENSATION: Starting salary of $15,000 net per month Statutory benefits effective from Day 1 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM If you meet the profile and are interested in this opportunity, apply now — we will contact you immediately!
