




Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Analyst with experience in payroll calculation, severance settlements, and liquidations; proficiency in Compac and advanced Excel; and familiarity with regulatory requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in payroll calculation, severance settlements, and liquidations. 2. Proficiency in systems such as Compac and advanced Excel. 3. In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and related regulations. We are looking for a Payroll Analyst who: Has 100% mastery of the Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation of payroll incidents * Payroll calculation (weekly and bi-weekly) * Calculation of bonuses, food vouchers, gasoline vouchers, and savings fund contributions * Calculation of severance settlements and liquidations * 100% proficiency in Compac * Advanced Excel proficiency * Knowledge to configure payroll systems (with legal foundations) * Minimum 5 years of experience in this role * Familiarity with SAT platform * Experience preparing ICSOE and SIUB reports * Knowledge and experience using time-tracking software (TIME WEB) * Experience managing payroll for over 250 employees * Experience performing reconciliations (e.g., payroll receipts vs. stamped receipts) Requirements * Attention to detail and quality * Organization * Sense of urgency * Ability to manage results * Minimum 5 years of experience handling payroll for over 250 employees * Salary range: MXN 15,000–18,000 gross, depending on experience * Food vouchers
