




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Payroll Officer to manage and validate payroll payments, severance settlements, liquidations, and related procedures with various institutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and oversight of social security contribution calculations. 2. Comprehensive management of internal and external procedures for payments. 3. Calculation of year-end bonus (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), and annual salary and wage adjustments. We are looking for your talent as a Payroll Officer **REQUIREMENTS:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; graduation is preferred. Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience as a Payroll Officer. Teamwork Initiative Strong communication skills Service-oriented attitude Problem-solving ability Commitment to task completion Personnel management skills Results-oriented **RESPONSIBILITIES AND KNOWLEDGE:** Review employee and staff payroll records and ensure corresponding payments are made accurately, on time, and in full. Validate severance and liquidation payments. Review payroll calculations. Monitor the payroll issuance process, including salary and benefit payments to personnel. Coordinate and oversee calculation of IMSS, ISR, Infonavit, and any other payroll-related employee deductions. Carry out all internal and external procedures required to generate checks and documents for regular and extraordinary payments. Monitor for discrepancies identified by regulatory authorities and follow up on any requirements. Ensure legal entities are properly registered with relevant government agencies to fulfill statutory obligations. Calculate year-end bonus (aguinaldo). Calculate profit-sharing (PTU). Calculate annual salary and wage adjustments. Calculate Work Risk Premium. Generate payroll\-accounting reports. Stay updated on payroll system upgrades and perform required configurations. Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. IMSS, Infonavit, FONACOT, ISN.
