Operation of IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot platforms. **Requirements** \-Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree (MANDATORY) \-Calculate payroll, determine gross salaries, deductions, and net salaries for each employee. \-Audit payroll, reconcile with tax repository and payroll administrative system. \-Maintain up-to-date configuration of the payroll administrative system and SUA. \-Manage registrations and cancellations: Complete necessary procedures with IMSS and other institutions upon employee hiring or termination. \-Calculate severance payments and settlements: Determine amounts payable to employees upon contract termination. \-Review IDSE\-EMA\-EBA\-SUA\-NOMINA. \-Determine work risk premium for IMSS purposes. \-Determine mixed salaries as well as SBC per MS. \-Operate IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot platforms for deduction control and payment compliance. \-Monitor seniority chart to adjust salaries with IMSS due to changes in seniority factor.
