Essential role in the expansion of an accounting firm A prominent accounting firm currently expanding its operations is seeking a **Payroll Analyst**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting * Proven experience in payroll **Responsibilities** * Payroll receipt stamping (timbrado) * Downloading issuances * Registering companies with IMSS * Scheduling Fonacot appointments * Employee registrations and cancellations with IMSS * Processing payroll * Preparing SUA reports **Knowledge Required** * NOI * SUA * Intermediate Excel * IMSS and Fonacot platforms **We Offer** * Salary of $16,000 Net * Statutory benefits (year-end bonus, vacation, vacation premium, social security) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Work Location:** La Condesa neighborhood, 10 minutes from Patriotismo metro station Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * Do you hold your degree in Accounting, or are you currently completing it? * What was the most recent version of NOI you used? * How familiar are you with SUA? * Are you able to calculate severance and liquidation payments? * Do you have experience in payroll stamping (timbrado)? * What is the largest headcount for which you have processed payroll?
