Validate and authorize payroll incidents, leave, vacations, and overtime hours. Ensure productivity and quality in installations and services. Identify, document, and escalate technical issues affecting platforms, equipment, and external infrastructure. Coordinate tool and equipment inventories with the warehouse. Conduct field supervision of technicians, prioritizing best practices and quality standards. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations (drills, civil protection, PPE, vehicles). **Requirements:** Prior experience in leading technical or field teams. Knowledge of telecommunications, network installation, and maintenance. Familiarity with productivity and quality performance indicators.
