Seeking: **PAYROLL ACCOUNTING ANALYST** **Requirements:** Education: Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Valid degree certificate and professional license. Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience. Employment stability. Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT). Experience in payroll calculation and payment, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISN. Experience in payroll and tax calculations. **Work Location:** Av. Gustavo Baz 175, U. Habit. Food vouchers. **Responsibilities:** * **Payroll:** Accurate payroll calculation, incorporating earnings, deductions, incidents, and benefits. Personnel file management in accordance with the Federal Labor Law and IMSS guidelines. * **Social Security:** Oversight of affiliation activities (registrations, terminations, salary adjustments) and ensuring correct payment of employer-employee contributions. * **Legal Compliance:** Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation, implementing regulatory changes promptly. Personnel file integration and management. * **Recruitment and Selection:** Comprehensive management of operational and administrative vacancies. Development and maintenance of active talent databases. * **Personnel Administration** Direct employee support, labor relations management, and implementation of disciplinary measures with professional and humane judgment. Support for improving workplace climate and internal communication. Labor relations, workplace climate, and NOM-35.
