Job Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to calculate and process payroll, manage personnel, handle payroll-related incidents, prepare employment contracts, and ensure payment accuracy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel modifications in the payroll system. 2. Track vacation days, sick leaves, special permits, and overtime hours. 3. Prepare employment contracts and letters of employment confirmation. At Escala Inc., we are looking for our next Payroll Specialist. ***What Are We Looking For?*** * Calculate and process regular, retroactive, and extraordinary payroll for employees. * Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel modifications in the payroll system. * Track vacation days, sick leaves, special permits, and overtime hours. * Prepare employment contracts and letters of employment confirmation. * Calculate and remit payroll-related taxes, including ISR, IMSS, Infonavit, and Fonacot. * Maintain up-to-date employee records and ensure salary changes are accurately reflected. * Generate payroll reports and guarantee payment accuracy to avoid legal penalties. ***What Do We Offer?*** * Birthday bonus in USD * Anniversary bonus in USD * Meal subsidy * Savings fund Employment type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: Starting from $15,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
