**Job Mission** Coordinate real-time monitoring of routes, movements, and operational status of delivery and utility vehicles to ensure adherence to itineraries, the safety of Warehouse Assistant A and branch merchandise, as well as timely response to deviations, alerts, or incidents. Responsible for operating geolocation systems, recording events, generating reports, and coordinating communication with branches. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineering degree (or related field focused on maintenance), either completed or as a trainee. * Proficient and mandatory use of Excel and intermediate SAP knowledge. * Prior experience in a similar position for 1–2 years. **Job Responsibilities** * Ensure installation of GPS systems in all current and newly acquired delivery and utility vehicles across the organization. * Report any type of incident to the GPS service provider in case of failures or service issues. * Conduct real-time monitoring of the organization’s delivery and utility vehicles. * Develop and strengthen reporting, KPIs, and logbook management; analyze results regarding delivery and utility vehicle behavior to support strategic decision-making. **Additional Benefits and Perks** * Grocery vouchers capped at 9%. * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary. * Vacation bonus of 60%. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Semi-annual savings fund contribution of 13%. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Financial assistance for birth, marriage, and bereavement. * An additional paid day off on your birthday, processed via payroll. **Work Schedule** Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM \| Saturdays, 8 AM to 1 PM (Remote work) Base salary: $18,000 **per month before taxes** \| Paid biweekly via BBVA.
